Plastic surgery has become such a booming business in South Korea that thousands of clients are traveling from China to get an extreme makeover. "The extensive surgery they are opting for transforms not just their features, but their entire faces, rendering them almost unrecognizable," a representative at the Chinese news and photo agency CEN, wrote to Cosmopolitan.com.The changes in their appearances are often so drastic that these women can't even travel back home, because they no longer look anything like their passport photos.
