PREGNANT ZOOEY DESCHANEL REVEALS WHY SHE DOESN'T WORRY ABUT HER WEIGHT TOO MUCH

Kiss and tell: Pregnant Zooey Deschanel talked about why she won’t be posing in a 'body after baby' photoshoot in the cover interview for Cosmopolitan
She's going to keep her curves undercover. Zooey Deschanel, who is expecting her first baby, has revealed she is not putting any pressure on herself to shed the pregnancy pounds in double quick time after the birth.  'Haven’t we all seen those pictures of a sexy new mom in a bikini after one month? I will not be that person. I’ve always gone my own course and never been someone who had the need to be super skinny,' the New Girl star dished in a
cover interview for the June edition of Cosmopolitan.'I like a healthy look. I don’t buy into that skinny-is-better mentality. I just eat healthy and work out and don’t worry about my weight too much. Actresses aren’t models, and most of them never wanted to be.'
The 35-year-old and her fiancé, producer Jacob Pechenik, 42, announced their happy news in January when they had been together just six months. The actress told People at the time: 'Jacob and I are over the moon. We are so excited to meet our little one.'
The couple met on the set of Rock The Kasbah, co-starring Bruce Willis and Kate Hudson, about a washed-up American music manager who discovers a girl with a great voice in Afghanistan.
Meanwhile, the actress is a big supporter of the #AskHerMore Twitter campaign started by The Representation Project in February 2014 to change the conversation about women celebrities during awards season.
'I’m all for people asking actresses more intelligent questions,' she told Cosmo. 'Just because you’re wearing a nice dress doesn’t mean you don’t have any ideas. It’s a shame to reduce smart, talented women to clothes models. But you can be a feminist and femmy. I don’t see how those things contradict each other.'
And the brunette looked very 'femmy' in two shots for the magazine.
On the cover, she showed her impressive decolletage, no doubt pumped up by her happy state, in a short-sleeved, red-and-black striped top with a deep v-neck that gave a glimpse of her black bra, which was covered in tiny white spots and embellished with a little bow.
In the second, she put her finger to her lips as she wore a white lace dress over a black one, cinched at the waist with a thick black metallic belt.
