WILL YOU BE SINGLE ON VALENTINE'S DAY

A large percentage of single women who don’t have a Valentine’s Day date will be waiting alone by the phone instead of getting out there and taking the bull by the horns to make their day a special one. Don’t let yourself be one of them! Take action and get out there to some places where your chances are good that you will find a Valentine’s Day date.

Start by being proud of who you are and love yourself first! If you don’t feel confident about yourself in what you are able to do and achieve than guys will not be attracted to you. Don’t be afraid to push the envelope and try something different to attract that special man.
If you are feeling a little more adventurous why not visit a few online dating sites in your local area to see if you can find a good man to date. Make sure you ask the questions that will meet your expectations of what you are looking for in a boyfriend so you will know a head of time that your choice is based on instincts and not on emotions.
Check out local events for like minded men to flirt with in order to get one to ask you for a date or to see you again. Remember to smile continuously and be confident as this will be more attractive to those guys who are also interested in finding someone like you to spend their time with.
Another great way to find someone to spend Valentine’s Day with is to attend the numerous speed dating events that will occur nightly during the week before at local pubs and clubs. Write out what questions you will ask and how you will present yourself to a prospective male as you only get 60 seconds before moving on to the next table.
A new trend that seems to be gaining exposure is called “Pet Meets” where people who love their pets get together with their pets in parks or other venues to enjoy similar interests and meet new people. This is a great way to find a Valentine’s Day date with someone new whose interests are in line with yours.
One spot that most ladies don’t think of is your local book store or cafe where you can meet a guy who may be single. Sit down next to a guy who catches your eye and start up a casual conversation about reading or authors and eventually move on to discover whether he is available or not and if not, then look for an out and move on to another potential guy and start over.
Rinse and repeat until you find that special guy who meets all your expectations and asks you out for Valentine’s dinner or Valentine’s drink.
Remember if you are single on Valentine’s Day it is because you haven’t taken the initiative yourself to change the situation.
Don’t feel shy or that it is the guys duty to seek you out as that is the wrong attitude to take and will certainly leave you alone on Valentine’s Day or any day for that matter.
Be yourself and don’t try to impress a guy by doing something you don’t feel comfortable with as that will definitely stand out to the man and influence his decision to ask you out.

Put on your favourite outfit, get your hair done and go out and have fun while looking for the guy you want to spend time with as when you’re happy you influence those around you and your chances of be attractive to a member of the opposite sex increase tenfold.
