CHRIS BROWN FORCED TO POSTPONE HIS TOUR AFTER JUDGE REFUSES TO SIGH OFF ON TRAVEL

Stuck: Chris Brown announced on his Instagram on Monday night that he was forced to postpone his upcoming Between The Sheets tour
He was set to embark on a 26-date tour around the US. But a judge put a halt to Chris Brown's plans. The 25-year-old singer took to Instagram on Monday evening to reveal that his upcoming Between The Sheets tour has been postponed. Chris explained the reason for the change as he wrote: 'The judge would not sign off on my travel to do the tour until I finish these last 100 hours of community service.' The Loyal singer also added that he will do what he can in
order to see his fans around the country on the planned tour with Trey Songz and Tyga. He said: 'I promise that I am busting my a** doing it everyday until it's complete. This is the most disappointing news I've gotten in a while. Everything happens for a reason so I wanted to personally inform my fans. The show must go on.' He finished off the post with another apology and reiterating that the tour is not cancelled. 'Once again I'm sorry for the delay. I love yall! We will let yall know the dates that are changed. It's not cancelled. Just moved around a couple weeks.'The long message was posted along with a black and white sketch of the Turn Up The Music hitmaker with his head down and his hands on top of his baseball cap. Two weeks ago, a judge revoked the crooner's probation as he travelled without approval for a concert and failed to complete his community service on time. However, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James Brandlin allowed Chris to remain free until a March 20 hearing - when the judge will receive an update from probation officials. The action came after Brown was ordered not to leave Los Angeles County without permission in December, but the Grammy-winning singer did not seek permission before he performed at a nightclub in San Jose on January 11. Defense attorney Mark Geragos told Brandlin that his office incorrectly advised Brown that he didn't need permission to travel for the show. He is set to return to court on March 20. The bad boy rapper was sentenced to five years probation after pleading guilty to felony assault after a physical altercation with then girlfriend Rihanna in February 2009.
