Top Nigerians who attended the K1 Live Unusual Concert at Eko Hotel and Suites on Friday, November 21, 2014, were thoroughly entertained. On the wheels of steel was legendary DJ Jimmy Jatt who delivered an unusual mix all through the show apart from the moments of live performances. The veteran DJ took the audience back to the ‘Old Skool’ era, mixing music of today with hits of yesteryears.
Rapper, Olamide was also on fire, first performing the song ‘Anifowose’ which he performed alongside KWAM 1 before he gave a solo performance of his hits songs, ‘Story for the gods’ and ‘Eleda mi’. Popular comedian, Buchi, also gave a good account of himself with rib cracking jokes. Ara, the female drummer was also on stage with her talking drum to thrill the guests just as KWAM 1’s UK-based daughter, Honey B who is a musician, also performed with her dad on stage. They delivered a sparkling remix of the hit song ‘Sempe.’ Not left out of the magical night was Fuji star, Saheed Osupa whose performance on stage was nothing short of electrifying.... NET
