A 57-stone man has become a Facebook hit after publicly sharing his weight loss mission with the world. Larry Evans is 141 days into his workout challenge and has so far enticed 54,000 people to follow his daily training programme by posting regular videos of him sweating it out in the gym.
The adorable St Louis man has won the hearts of so many by being open about his enormous challenge, which sees him swimming, spinning and lifting weights.
With every video, Larry appeals for people not to judge, laugh or be cruel.
And he helps motivate others by adding captions such as “get up, get out and do something” and “get fit don’t quit” to help keep people like him going.
