SUCH A SHAME! HOW NIGERIA SECURITY OFFICERS MURDERED MAN OVER N2.8M

The soldier and police inspector have murdered sleep
The maxim that security operatives are the last hope of safety for the ordinary masses, has been thrown to the winds when it was discovered that an official of the World Health Organisation, WHO, Bello Abdullahi Kaura, whose primary station was in Zamfara State, Northern Nigeria, was murdered by a soldier and a police inspector over the sum of N2.8 million. The decomposing body of Bello Kaura, according to Nigerian Tribune newspaper, was discovered where it was dumped by the heartless duo.
The reports have it that the deceased was murdered after he was dispossesed of N2.8 million which was meant to cover the expenses of the July immunisation exercise in Anka Local Government Area of the state.
Bello who was in charge of the immunization, it was gathered, had recieved the money earlier that day but since it was already late for him to take the money to the bank, he took it home.
As fate would have it, the WHO staff lived in the same block of flats with the soldier and the police inspector and thought he had them as friends, therefore he informed them of the amount in his possession.
But, according to sources, that was to be his undoing as the  said 'friendly' co-tenants conspired and killed Bello.
Findings revealed that early the next day, the soldier and the police officer cajoled Bello to go with them to an unknown destination but they made a detour and took Bello to a bush along Anka-Gummi Road, where he was killed. His car was stolen and sold for N800,000, while his cell phone, was sold for N3,000, to a teenager in Anka town.
But nemesis caught up with them when relations of the deceased discovered that someone was still using his cell phone and they reported the matter to security operatives who used the anti-theft device on the phone to track down the boy who bought the phone.
And to their surprise, the boy led them to the security operatives who sold the phone to him, and they turned out to be late Bello's trusted friends.
In the cause of investigation, the killer soldier and the police inspector took the security operatives to the scene of the incident and the decomposed body of the deceased was discovered.
When contacted, the Commanding Officer of the 232 Battalion, Gusau, Lieutenant Colonel U.B. Onachukwu, confirmed the incident but added that investigation is still ongoing by combined security operatives of the police, State Security and the military.
What a wicked world!
