Kris Jenner insisted that her youngest daughter Kylie was not dating rapper Tyga while on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS FM radio show Tuesday. Tyga split with his fiancée Blac Chyna last summer, but they're still parents to two-year-old son King Cairo Stevenson.
