Quite the handful: Jesse Metcalfe spotted in West Hollywood with his arms loaded with paper bags on Tuesday
He's been dating his girlfriend Cara Santana for more than five years. And on Tuesday it looked as if Jesse Metcalfe had been tasked with grocery shopping while out in West Hollywood.
The 35-year-old showed off his muscular and ripped arms in a tight T-shirt as he had his hands full with brown paper bags.
Carrying three full sacks, the Dallas star's arms were pumped and veiny as he shielded his eyes from the sun in dark framed glasses.
Completing his attire was a pair of white trainers and black denim trousers and a silver watch.
On Saturday, he took to Twitter to share a picture of the two and mentioned their outing, writing: 'Pitstop for a couple of Chai Latte's wit my bae.'

The night before, the pair attended the star-studded People StyleWatch Denim party at the Palihouse in Los Angeles.
Cara added a bit of drama by flashing a hint of sideboob and was decked out in a sleeveless faded denim jumpsuit that zippered down in the front.
Jesse looked preppy in a denim jacket, white button down shirt, striped tie, khakis and brown lace-up shoes.
