Comedian Julius Agwu is currently in India where he’s attending The Big Picture Summit at the Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi.The Big Picture Summit is an annual flagship event organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry for the Media and Entertainment sector. Julius also made a stop at the Nigeria High Commission in New Delhi, India.
In response to his presence in India – a Nigerian student who happens to be one of Julius’social media followers, made a complaint saying:
“Bros……good thing u r in our Town, please relay to the high commissioner the plight of Nigerian students in this country, we r subjected to all manner of treatment mainly by the local Indians, 8days ago, I was hacked in d back at a car wash while I was trying to settle a rift btw a Nigerian
friend and an Indian here in Bangalore……please they shud create an avenue for us to reach help when in dilemma……. Even though someother Nigerians r making sure that our name sends a bad vibe anytime its mentioned…..they call themselves system boys.”
Julius responded:
“yeah … Had a meeting with the Ambassador yesterday… Will let him know today ok. You are all Ambassadors of our country and so project Nigeria positively pls talk to our #System brothers cos they are not helping matters.”
