Callivision Media Ltd. organizers of the NMVA 2014 have announced that only music videos released before July 2014would be considered for entries. This decision was taken to provide a level playing ground for all without putting any work at a disadvantage.
Already preparation is in top gear for the 2014 edition of the annual Nigeria Music Video Awards; (NMVA) which is scheduled to hold on the 26 of November 2014 at the Expo center of Eko Hotel & Suites in Victoria Island - Lagos
The CEO of Callivision Media, Mr. Cally Ikpe said that; “the NMVA 2014 has been devoted to deepening the consciousness and support for a violence free environment; just as we reckon obscenity, denigration of women and lewdness are also acts of violence as is the case with many music videos today. We indeed hope to use this platform to discourage these tendencies”.
The awards ceremony which is in its 8 consecutive season is credited as one of the most consistent and credible in this clime.
