t's an ab invasion!

The blue carpet at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards was covered in crop-tops on Sunday afternoon in Los Angeles, as a ton of celebs showed off their tight tummies in a variety of belly-baring ensembles.

Both Kim Kardashian and birthday girl/sister Kendall Jenner flashed their midriffs -- and they weren't alone. Taylor Swift, Nina Dobrev, Shay Mitchell, Jordin Sparks, Hilary Duff, Chloe Grace Moretzand "Pretty Little Liars" star Janel Parrish all followed suit as well, exposing their fit physiques on the arrivals line.

Kendall Jenner towered over her two sisters in an all-white outfit, Zendaya debuted a short new bob and Selena Gomez looked classy in a black blazer and matching pants. 

Other fashionable females at this year's event included Lucy Hale, Ariana Grande and The Band Perry singer Kimbery Perry.

Representing for the men, hotties like Ian Somerhalder, Paul Wesley, Tyler Posey, Colton Haynesand Kellan Lutz all made appearances too.
