When it comes to her style Rita Ora never plays it safe – even when she’s off-duty.
The beautiful blonde turned heads in an edgy ensemble when she treated herself to a trip to In-N-Out Burger in LA on Tuesday before she headed to LAX to board her flight home.

Fresh from a fashion shoot with actress Sarah Hyland at Planet Blue in Beverly Hills earlier in the day, the 23-year-old wore her hair out with a dramatic side part, oval-shaped sunglasses and a slick of her trademark red lipstick.
Rita’s been on a whirlwind trip of the States appearing on E! News and catching up with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show where she spoke about cancelling her performance at the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday.

As MailOnline exclusively reported last week, Rita’s ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris blocked her from performing their song I Will Never Let You Down – which he owns the creative rights to – at the Teen Choice Awards.
Rita confirmed the report in an interview with Ryan: ‘For anybody who doesn’t understand how it works, he wrote and produced the song,' she said.
‘So he has to approve anything TV-wise for anybody who doesn’t get it. And obviously he owns the rights to it and he didn’t approve the Teen Choice Awards.

She added: ‘I was scheduled to perform and all my friends were texting me and we put a lot of work and effort into the show. Every time I do a show, I rehearse about a month in advance…
However her trip wasn't all marred by the cancellation and it seemed the singer struck up a firm friendship during her shoot with Sarah.
The singer shared a snap with the 23-year-old Modern Family actress, their arms around each other, with the caption: 'Sarah I ADORE You!!!'

The How We Do hitmaker sported an exotic blue and white tunic style top paired with matching shorts that showed off her long slender legs.
She dressed the look up with silver pointed toe pumps and accessorized with numerous gold bracelets and a gold cross pendant necklace.
Sarah – who was born two days before Rita – sported a little black dress featuring a diamond design.

‘I could have been told a few weeks earlier. That would have been nice. It was a last minute change, but you know what? It happens and we move on.’ Rita also recounted the story of how the song came to be.
'It’s basically a love song you can dance to. I wrote this with a really special person, and it was the first time I ever kind of opened my doors up for somebody I knew personally.
'So, this song was written out of love and I [liked it], it was convenient for the time it was written. But you know, people move on and move forward, but the song still has the same message.'

Rita is still in the process of moving on from the 30-year-old DJ after their split was announced in June.
She recently told UK's Glamour magazine: 'I'm not doing too great but I'm doing better than I thought. I adore him and he's an amazing human being.’
Meanwhile, Sarah had a blast hosting the Teen Choice Awards alongside Teen Wolf’s Tyler Posey.
