She reportedly called off her engagement to baby daddy Future after he allegedly cheated on her.
But on Thursday Ciara put on a brave face as she flashed a smile while out and about in New York City.
The 28-year-old showed that there's nothing a good outfit can't solve as she wore not just one but two winning looks in one day.
Her first head turning look was a bright orange ensemble as she hid her highly recognisable face behind a pair of large sunglasses for the outing.
The singer wore a matching orange coat, flowy blouse and trousers as she balanced in white pumps with her dark hair swept over her shoulders.
Later she switched her look up wearing a black and white dress which featured a cute frill and white collar.
Adding an extra fierce touch she wore a dash of bright red lipstick while her hair was worn sleek around her shoulders.
It was only three months ago that Ciara and rapper Future welcomed their first child together.
And now the singer reportedly is the one who ended it after discovering the 30-year-old rapper had cheated on her, according to Us Weekly.
'He cheated on her. Game over,' a source told the publication.
Another insider added: 'She's devastated. Ciara's focus is now the baby.'
She has yet to comment on the split, but took to Twitter to slam the 'sensation' surrounding the speculation.

In a tweet aimed at Us Weekly on Wednesday, she wrote: 'Be CLEAR... I interviewed with your Beauty Editor about Degree & Mtv HOS. U manipulated my words & took the interview for sensation... As I said, THIRSTY.'
Dating since 2012, the couple announced their engagement in October 2013.
Four months later, she revealed that they were expecting a baby during an appearance on The View in January.

It is her first child but the second for Future, who already has an 11-year-old son with model Jessica Smith.
Ciara revealed that she knew all along what she wanted to call the little boy.
She explained: 'I went with what felt right in my soul and my gut. I didn't second guess it.'
The beauty has been getting mothering tips from pal Kim Kardashian, who gave birth to her daughter North last June, and she's found their conversations useful.
She said: 'We [go] over really personal stuff from the woman's side of things. We've had great conversations and it's been really cool.'
