They say that it's a good idea to stick with what you know - and David Beckham has been doing just that when it comes to his fitness regime. The 39-year-old sportsman headed to his favourite Soul Cycle class in Brentwood, California, where he worked up a sweat for the third day running.
David was wearing the brand's own shorts, worn with a black T-shirt which showed off his muscular frame and a pair of blue Adidas trainers. While David appeared to arrive solo, his close friend Tana Ramsay also attended a class along with her children, although it's not known it it was the same one as David. The wife of Gordon Ramsay had fraternal twins, 15-year-old Holly and Jack in tow.
No doubt David is keen to get back into shape following a chocolate Easter egg hunt with his children over the weekend. David uploaded a picture of himself sitting on a fence to Facebook, with a basket in hand, and captioned the image with the words: 'Happy Easter to those who are celebrating. Hope you're having an enjoyable time with the family.'
