EL-RUFAI PROMISES FREE EDUCATION IN KADUNA

A former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai has promised the people of Kaduna State that there would be free education from primary school to junior secondary school if he is elected as the governor of the state. The Vanguard newspaper reports online that El-Rufai made the promise in his acceptance speech shortly after he emerged the winner of the gubernatorial primary election of the All Progressive Congress, APC,  in Kaduna State.
