The original 14-inch HP Chromebook features a 14-inch HD (768x1366 pixel) resolution display (non-touchscreen), Nvidia Tegra K1 processor (same), 16GB inbuilt storage, 2GB of DDR3L RAM and Nvidia Kepler GPU (same). The connectivity features including USB 3.0, HDMI port, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 are also similar.
This newly-announced 14-inch Chromebook 14 Touch is one of the heavier Chromebook models (roughly 1.7kg) in the market, and significantly heavier than the lightweight Chromebook models announced by the PC maker firm in September. The Chrome OS-based laptop is available in Black and Silver colour variants with no availability details for its launch in other countries.
